| The lobby is elegant. The rooms are tasteful and comfortable. Great view of the city lights and the river during the day. The only complaint was the lost and found. We left two iPod chargers in the room and they were not turned in after the room was cleaned. |

| The Non of the drink machines on either floor worked so therefore we had to go downstairs to purchase drinks for a higher price. Also internet is NOT Free. The hotel is in a nice downtown location and that's basically what you are paying for. |

| Very nice with equally nice people! Has it all including the best location in Montgomery. Close restaraunts, shopping, and Riverwalk! |

| Phenomenal hotel, but everything in the area is closed except for a few restaurants. A little suprising for Saturday. |

| When checking in, the clerk asked who I booked through. When I told her, she stated that they didn't have any more rooms with king size beds. I booked a king size but she told me that isn't guaranteed. She told me they only had a room with 2 double beds available......and the price would be the same... (how generous). After asking a few times, she said they did have a handicap accessible king room. I am not sure why she didn't initially tell me that. The refrigerator didn't work.. When the bellman brought our clothes, he offered to get ice. Advertising a room with a refrigerator should mean just that......not a bucket of ice. When we checked out, I mentioned the refrigerator to the clerk. She simply stated that she would make a note. The hotel is very convenient to riverfront....but overpriced |

| My stay at the Renaissance was absolutely wonderful. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and not only was it clean, but it smelled clean. It was very relaxing to dine in the restaurant and view pedestrians walking to the other various places in the area.
I can't wait to return. |

| This hotel was beautiful! the smell of lillies consumes you when you walk in as you are greeted with a table of beautiful fresh flowers. someone walked up to the room soon after I checked in to make sure I was comfortable and delivered 'nightly chocolates'! decor was modern, classy. beds clean and comfy. the view of the river and beautiful downtown and the minor league baseball field was amazing- not to mention the fireworks display after the ball game on Friday night! the staff was more than helpful and friendly. I LOVED everything about my stay~! |

| Very nice hotel that was perfectly located in Montgomery. We had a room on the 12th floor that had an amazing view of the Alabama river and the Biscuit's stadium. They had great bars and restaurants in the facility and in the surrounding area. |
